  • The item must be returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories (if applicable).
  • Certain items, including intimate apparel, swimwear, and accessories, are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Please check the product description for specific return exclusions.

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item(s).

  3. Packaging: Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging, including any tags, labels, and accessories.

  4. Ship the Item(s): Ship the return item(s) to the address provided in your Return Authorization email. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items that are lost in transit.

3. Refunds

Once we receive the returned item(s) and confirm that they meet the return conditions, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for any return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).

4. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the damaged/incorrect item. We will arrange for a return or replacement at no additional cost to you.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Intimate apparel (e.g., lingerie, underwear)

  • Jewelry and accessories (unless unused and sealed)
